How does this sound guys for a second cycle. I'm wanting to bulk up slowly but with quality mass that will stay on after my cycle because I have to be gradual because of my job.



400mg wk enanthate
300mg wk deca
for ten weeks

500mg's of test and 400mg's of deca won't make you explode or anything and would be better suited for 10 weeks in my opinion. If you're going to run those doses you have it would be better if you ran it for 12 weeks. That's just my opinion.

Doses look good, but you need to run the Test 2 weeks longer than the deca .

Yup, go for 12 weeks. I loke low dose cycles so your doing great. If you eat, lift and rest right, you'll grow nicely.

I agree...keep the diet clean and drink lots of water..you should see some good solid gains.
