so 1 pill the first day and then add one pill a day untill u go up to 6 then back down and do this 2 weeks and then do like stacker 2 or something on those off weeks? and how many weeks is the cycle all together??

How big is the pill? .02mg is 20mcg so if that is the size of it thats not enufff. If you are taking just clen I think 100mcg is minimum.

100mcg is not necessarily the minimum...tolerance for clen is a very individual thing

simply try 3 .if you can handle more up it.maybe you can do 6.like primadonna said its an individual thing.

if you can handle 6 ,do 6 for 2 wks @6. 2 wks of eca. 2wks of 6, 2 wks of eca. 2 wks of 6 ,2 wks of eca etc...
