How can I ...........PLease help!
How can I use Fina to cut some fat around the midsection, just run and strict diet ir what? I need to be able to fit in a suit by April 18th......it barely fits the shoulders, but the waste is tight and I hate it like that....I have liquid clen and cytomel tabs, about 80 left....and some ephedra, should I take the ephedra the week of wedding since it is a diaretic, please help me.I can not aford another suit for the wedding, this one is $850... please help me!!!!!!!!
alll i need to lose is about 5 lbs maybe ten, don't care if i lose a little muscle ......

I would get on the cardio hardcore and cut out the carbs...If you need to crash diet I think that is the only way to do it. Hour of cardio a day, and little carbs...

i figured that, but i can only do about 40 mins now, and lift......I am having trouble doing an hour after spring break, don't know why, any ideas on that as well?

High protien ,low carb diet.....watch sodium intake and get on the cardio ASAP!You have enough time to run some clen or eca,but running a cycle is pointless.
And drink alot of water!!!!

i know a cycle is not a great idea, but i have eq as well.......and i will oonly be in NJ for two and a half days

so just extremely low cabs and cardio is ok, i always do cardio, but I guess i need to do crash diet as suggested above

Yep...doing a cycle will be pointless. remeber drugs dont' burn fat, Cardio and Diet do....Caloires in Vs. Calories out. Do interval training cardio...basically sprint for a minuete and jog for one....stuff like that or set the stairmill to do interval training....best way to burn the most caloires for your time.

ok, will high resistanc ecardio do much.........a trainer i know said it helps the waste line if you do an efx machine at a low elevation level
