i literally feel like my head is going to explode.
throughout the night i woke up 3 or 4 times and have had the migraine pounding going on for hours now.
i went to bed with a slight headache and now it is full blown. i have been retaining some water lately, so i think it is BP that is causing it.
i took some excedrin about 15 minutes ago but i feel like i need horse tranqs to even dent this.
will anyone throw a pity party for me?

Take an anti E to lower the water bloat. It could be high blood pressure.
took some lasix to flush out some water after an AM cardio session and i seem to be feeling better.
i am not on anything other than GH at the moment, so i just think it is slight retention that caused it.
i only get headaches when my BP is higher, so when i go to meijer today i will check it out and see if i am correct.
Keep an eye on it, get that bp under control
yo daem, my mom has migraine headaches often, and i remember her saying that it was usually caused by things in her diet like, alcohol, ice cream, etc... (not implying thats your problem) just letting you know, incase you ate something that you wouldn't normally eat, and also, if she gets a slight headache before bed or at any time through out the day, she takes excedrin or something like that asap, to prevent it from going further. just thought it may help.
