tell your "buddy" that he should join AR and read up to find out what cycle may be right for him, then "he" can post it for comments
Your friend should wait until he is recovered and take his doctors advice on the method in which he does so. Using AAS is a waste without an intense resistance training program. You also mention tendon problems, AAS will complicate this by adding muscle mass without developing his connective tissue.
wait till hes recovered and has a solid muscle base... then he can look into AAS and see if they are right for him
