Twinlab amino 1500. Due to the high protien itntake requirement while on the gear and not enough time to eat a lot of "whole" foods that require quality protien, do they help supplement my protien intake? Now dont get me wrong... I do eat loads of tuna and use the whey protien mix, but while at work it becomes difficult. Thanks for any feedback you can offer.
