when taking my daily dose of clen should i take all the tablets at once or at diferent times throughout the day?
i prefer to spread my dosage throughout the day, just like any oral i would take.
if you take them all at once your gona have some bad sides
Once you're taking 4 or more a day start splitting it up. Better effectiveness and less sides.
I take them all at once in the morning...I get the shakes and occasional few seconds of heartburn. 140mcgs...sides are tolerable, Then it allows me to do cardio in the afternoon, Halflife is long, so it shouldn't really matter when you take them.
