need injection advice for deca/sust stack

assuming Ive made up my mind to do a cycle of deca (my joints must have it) and sust (Agent Smith just blessed my gear pics)

.. can I MIX the 2 amps together and inject half of that mixture twice per week ? Ive heard mixing deca into the same injection can ameliorate the soreness.

Bros I am just not patient enough to inject ED.

2nd qeustion. Where is the definitive FAQ/source the explains how to score ampules and get the stuff from the amp to a another container.
I saw the great posts about how and where to inject, but these ampules are a piain in the butt (pun intended).

If you don't want to do sust ed, do it eod. Patience shouldnt have anything to do with it. Shoot the sust twice a week with the deca and twice a week alone. And yes, deca will make it less painful but 1/2cc of sust shouldnt hurt much anyways.

if you wann go bi weekly go with cyp or enan, and yes you can mix them
