Need advice on 1st cycle

Im 25yrs old and ive reached a plateu that i cant get out off. im 5'9 180 with 10% body fat. Ive tried Andro cycles which have helped to an extent, but now im ready to do my 1st AS cycle and it goes like this;

wk 1-7 D-bol---------------25mg/day
wk 1-8 test. prop.---------100mg EOD
wk 1-8 Novl.---------------10mg/day...
-Then Ill up Novl. wk 9-11---------20mg/day
3 days after my last shot of Prop. Ill use clomid like this
1st day-------------------300mg
day 2-11-----------------100mg/day
day12-21-----------------50mg/day
I know its my 1st cycle and thats why i wanted to keep the dosages low.I was also looking for AS's that would quickly get out of your system.I would appreciate any advice you guys have, tks.

Do it like this...
Wk 1-4 DBol 40 mg/ed
Wk 1-10 Test Prop 75 mg ed
Wk 1-10 Nolva 10 mg/ed
PCT looks good, use nolva to finish off PCT too.

Other then that, you have a pretty well planned out, well researched cycle. Eat BIG.

The reason I changed the Prop to ed is because you would be amazed by difference between ed and eod injections. Trust me, you won't be dissapointed.

dont run the dbol 7 weeks....1st 4 if your going to run it.
if eod on the prop id go 150mg

Your cycle looks pretty good..if you can handle injecting everyday then that is better...but it is your first so I don't know if you are ready for it....but the doses and length look good imo.

I think i could handel 40mg of d-bol for 4 wks. but with Prop. .75mg/day thats another story..lol..Im planning on alternating b//w glutes and shoulders. That way The max number of shots a wks will be 4 then the next wk itll be 3..and that way ill be using one body part a wk... as for upping it to 150mg eod i only have enought for 100mg eod for 8wks..hey you also gatta remember it my 1st, im no pro at this but if u guys really recommend it then ill refine my cycle....tks

your first? well, imo you should ditch the dbol and just run prop. 75mg/day for 8-10 weeks.

Well, Prop should be injected ED, and I strongly suggest you only go 4 weeks with the DBOL @ 25/30mg ED

ditch the d-bol......why???and if i do ditch it, do i still have to run Novl. with the prop. cycle and use clomid as pct....How would my results differ????

If this is your first cycle and you are running Prop then you don't really need D-bol. Prop takes half the time to kick compared to Cyp/Enth. Also, I'd run 20mg Nolva throughout. Here's what I'd consider:

Week 1-8: Prop @ 150mg EOD
Week 1-8: Nolva @ 20mg ED
PCT: Nolva @ 50mg for 3 weeks or Clomid 300/100/50
**Start PCT 3 days after last injection.

ok guys ones saying ditch the d-bol the other is saying lower the dosage...hmmmmmmm....ifs i were to ditch it shouldnt i up the Prop. dossage
and if i have to inject Prop. ED (if i decide to do it with d-bol)could i do prop. at 50mg ED???

Bro, the main reason guys are telling you to hold off on the DBOL is because this is your first cycle. If you run into issues, how in the world are you going to know if it's the TEST or DBOL?

I would suggest running:

week 1-10 Test Enan 400mg EW (split up the dose)
Week 1-10 Nolva 10mg ED
PCT - CLOMID

IF your set on prop, run 150mg/EOD

If you want to throw in the dbol..go for it, just a low 25mgED for 4wks is plenty. There isnt anything really wrong with doing it, but you probally dont really need it. I certainly wouldnt call it flat out wrong to do, a waste, or anything like that though. Dbol is a sort of fun drug to add in the begginning. If you already have it, just go for it, if not dont worry about it.


Personally, for a first cycle, I would rather run 500mg of test enanthate or test cyp for 10-12 wks. You will only have to inject E3D instead of EOD, but if you wanna do it go for it.

Your PCT looks great though. Include the nolva entire cycle reguardless if you use dbol or not.

I have this gear allready(Test prop 30ml.,d-bol,Nolv.,clomid.) if i decide to go for test enanthate or test cyp, i have to wait a while so i guess this is my revised cycle...
Test prop. wk1- 10-------400mg weekly
Nolv. wk1-10-------------10mg/day
clomid 3 days after last shot--will also be running Nolv.at 20mg/day
1st day-------------------300mg
day 2-11-----------------100mg/day
day12-21-----------------50mg/day

30ml of prop, is only 300mg/wk...

Honestly Id get some more gear in that case.

Depends, how do you feel about being shut down for a longer amount of time.

If you dont want to be, then no, do some PCT now from your andro, wait a bit, then start.

yes if you do stick with 300mg prop than throwing in the dbol would be good with it. Good luck with that Prop that can be a bear even EOD with the charlie horse effect. ouch......

well thats why i had the d-bol cause i only had 30ml of prop.i didnt now if that would be enought.

so i guess i should stick with my original plan?????....lol .... Yea the charlie horses are ganna be a bitch but it thats what it takes, then so be it...lol

Thats not a perfect cycle and could be improved but I would bet that you will get some pretty decent results from that. Keep us updated.

you could post your diet. without a good diet your cycle is a waste. eating is the most important factor.

I got an extra 10ml of test. cypionate...but now i dont now how to integrate that in my cycle .....i have 30ml of test prop. 10ml of test cypionate not to mention the d-bol that i might not even use if i could get a good cycle going with cypionate and prop....can anyone give me any suggestions?

run the cyp at 400mg a week till its gone then switch to prop
