questions on first cycle
I have been working out for a year and a half and have not seen much strength gains, I dont want much if any weight gain but i do want strength and cut what do you recommend for me to use? Thanks Guys

I recomend you do your own research on cycles and get back to us when you have one to be critiqued!

I recommend using the "SEARCH BUTTON" and slow down. Welcome to the site. Sit back, relax and start to learn. No one is going to help you unitl you begin doing some research...

alot of bros will not answer you. Its very important that you try and research this info for yourself. Its hard and somewhat frustrating,when these guys have worked and researched themselves,and then someone wants them to do the work for someone elses benfit. There is a ton of info on this board. Seek out what your goals are,and put togther a cycle or whatver it is you come up with,and people will be more than happy helping you perfect it. trust me not to long ago I was in your shoes. And it has great value when you do the work because it expands your knowledge that much more on weight lifting.
