    sorry about the easy road

    I want to apologize for trying to get the easy way out and let you people do my work for me, I am just kinda frustrated with the diet and working out and not seeing much results. I will take yalls advice and do my own studying and research and get back to you and see what you think. Once again sorry for the road i took. Thanks
