its not too horrible, take in more water and watch it closely. Your diastolic is kinda high but systolic is medium high. optimal is 120/80. 130/90 is normal but hypertensive boarder and 140/100 is considered time for drugs.

On cycle my bp runs around 150/100,sometimes higher.I'm on meds,so it has dropped some what lower to around 140/95.Off cycle my bp is 120/75-120/80,in that area.

I take a medication called ziac which is a diuretic and a beta blocker. I believe the beta blocker slows the heart rate. I would only take it if you are having a fast heart rate. Anyway, to lower your blood pressure eliminate as much salt as you can from your diet which means added salt, canned food (including sauces all of these are packed with salt). Drink a lot of water which helps to reduce water retention, and consider a blood pressure medication. A systolic over 170 is pretty bad. I would say over 180 it's time to do something and now.
If you don't take bp medication you can usually get a script off of a friend who does because they often come with practically infinate refills. Moreover, they are not controled substances and no id is required for filling them.
Like I said before I am no doctor just a guy with high bp.
