test,deca and anti-e

I am 5'11 215 12%bf.....did 1 cycle ,500 test en, for 10 weeks (good gains)
Now i am going to do
12--500 test en
10--400 deca
The think is ,I can only get Nolvadex/tamofixen...WILL I BE OK WITH
20MG ED ,and of course pct....
From that first cycle my nipples are puffy,but there is no bumbs ,they never
felt sensitive,and then started taking 60mg of nolva,it went down,but my nipples are still biger than normal.....why is that(i don't have anything under the nipples)????thanks
