Dianabol question?

Picked up some dbol. (They look exactly like the pink ones in the pic below)

This is my first cycle. I am about 5'7, 185. Not sure what my body fat is. I'm pretty stocky. Very broad shoulders. Turning 27 in a few weeks. Wanted to know how much I should do?? I've read about 15-20 mg per day for beginners.
Also, what kind of diet for maximum gains. THANKS!

bro you need to stack it with something...at least run it with test...no test no cycle. neways stack it and i would suggest 30mg's a day for about 4-6 weeks
