Run PCT for minimum of 28 days:

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / B6 200mg
Day 2 - 28 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / B6 200mg
Day 29 - 36 20mg Nolva / B6 200mg

I run more durring my PCT but this is the minimum you will need to recover.

b6 is that like a vit you get over the counter?, what other over the counter things would help to recover

Yes, you can get B6 over the counter bro, I bought some yesterday. You can get B-12 as well. Sleeping, eating, resting, etc...will help you recover
