My first cycle--Sustanon +Dbol.. have some questions

I began my first cycle on Monday. I need to know if I'm taking the right dosages and how long will it take to see some results. Your answers will be very appreciated by me.

Stats:

Age: 19
Height:5'9
Weight:160
Training experience: 1 year/half

Cycle:

Week 1: Dbol 15mg/d, Sust 250mg/w
Week 2: Dbol 20mg/d, Sust 250 mg/w
Week 3: Dbol 25mg/d, Sust 250 mg/w
Week 4: Dbol 30mg/d, Sust 250mg/w
Week 5: Dbol 30mg/d, Sust 500mg/w
Week 6: Dbol 30mg/d, Sust 500mg/w
Week 7: Sust 500mg/w
Week 8: Sust 250mg/w
Week 9: Sust 250mg/w

Is this right?? Or should I bump the dosage to 500mg Sustanon by week 3?? Remember this is my first cycle and I'm playing it a little bit safe.

Nolvadex and Proviron used as anti-estrogens beggining on week 5

dont pyramid thats old school and a waste of juice keep it at 500mgs start to finish with suston and 30mgs a day start to finish d bol, and take the sus to 10 weeks instead of 9

a couple of things.

1. Your to young. I'd seriously wait a few more years. I wouldn't want to take a chance of closing your growth plates and you can gain a lot more naturally.
2. Never pyramid your doses. Keep them consistent
3. Don't run DBOL more than 4 weeks.
4. DO SOME RESEARCH!!!!!

I know I'm young, but I already began so what's done is done. Nice advice though. I decided to do juice because I plateau for nearly six months and I was eating right and training like a beast. Something is wrong with my genetics, which are bad to say the least. I decided to take the next step after trying everything natural. After all, I'm not the only one who started juice at a young age, nor the last one.

Since you already started...
Week 1-9 Sus 500mgs
Week 1-4 dbol 30mgs ed
Clomid post cycle...nolva if you wish @ 10-15mgs throughout the cycle

After this one I'd hold off for awhile...u still got alot of natural growing to do...

500mg of sus a week and run your dbol 20-30mgs ed. for wks 1-4 and i would run at least 10mg of nolva ed...good luck bro...

Thank you for all the answers people. I know the advice is for my well being and I apreciate it, but let's hope I'm gonna be fine. I think my diet is in check as well as my training. How much will it take to see some results?

IM doing the same cycle and I am five weeks in. I dont notice any HUGE change, but everyone that sees me thinks I got tremendous. You will see an increase in strength right away. Weight you did the week before will feel really light the week after, etc.
