clen is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off..
you are running gear when using the t3 correct
The 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is correct...for more detailed info check out the Clen handbook in the educational forum.
Run ECA the 2 weeks off when cycling clen. Read the educational sub forum, GOOD info there, always check there for questions
Just make sure when you stop running the t3, you stop running the clen also...for atleast a week or two, to let your thyroid function recover whithout any hinderance, and back off your training for the first 2 weeks when coming off a long cycle of t3. If your training 5 days a week then back it off to 4 days a week.Quote:
