Just took my last shot of Supra Mas. On week 14 and last shot of Eq week before. I was taking clen the last 6 weeks 2 on 2 off.

I belive I still have 2 weeks of eq left in my sys.

If I only took 1 cc of eq the final week it will still be 2 weeks right? I took up to 500mg of it. Does it make a diff?

Also should I rest or is it ok to do cardio a few times a week and make sure I eat enough and not cut calories yet to maintain?

I also did 500iu 2x wk for the last 6 weeks of cycle for recovery.

the hcg will work for the atrophy but wont recover hpta

no it doesn't make any diff if you take 1cc or 2cc.. it't the same time.. 2weeks yes...
