Okay, so many chick digs the big veins in people's forearms... :D I've worked out without AS for at least 4 years but no luck with it, even when i have drop my body fat to about 10%. Does gears make your veins bulge up??? Got muscles but no vein... sucks! :scratch:
high bp make you veins bulge out like nothing else.
eq at 600mg/wk gave me some mad vascularity ;)
all do some, but eq does the most cause of the rise in red blood cell count, but really you gota drop bf to to get more viens, and somtimes its just genitic
at one point i was at 18% bf and had veins in my forearms that look like baby snakes but thats my genitics :lol:
If you were running EQ instead of deca in your current cycle,I think your chances would be much better.

Drink alot of beer and then go train the next day and see how your vascularity is........Im joking of course. EQ will give you vascularity. Try keeping your body fat as low as possible as well that will improve vascularity alot.
Vascularity is genetic. Some people have more veins, less veins, smaller veins, bigger veins etc. As long as your bf % is low and you workout you should have visible veins.

You can train specifically for vascularity you know. Supersets, compound sets, ect.... A lot safer than relying on increased blood pressure to do all the dirty work.

If you smoke a good amount of weed it dilates your veins.
It is genetic, I do not seem to get very vascular, no matter how low I drop my bodyfat. Some people are plain FAT, and do not work out at all, and tend to be very veiny. EQ definitely will help, but nothing will change your genetics. Stay lean, and you'll get the best out of it. Don't smoke weed to dilate your veins, I don't know what the hell that could possibly do.
pure genes......ive been extremely vascular since i can remeber....

The less fat the more veins, and it also has to do with genetics. Some AAS may make you a lilttle more vascular

I've always been a fat since I was a little kid. It wasn't until high school my weight starts to shed because I joined swimming and went on a diet. Gyno was a big problem at the time too... I guess I'm genetically challenged with the Vein thingy. No biggie...
DB: I would love to get ready for the Summer... I'm cutting down the fat and some carb intake at this moment. It should be enough time for me to look good right?

i agree genetic is a big part, but losing bf and hitting some eq with yur cycle helps...

Yeah, must be the genetics... but no biggie... As long the muscle stays, I'm not gonna worrie about the vein anymore. I actually do have bulky veins except it doesn't come to the skin surface... :cool:
