well i started my cycle and i am 3 weeks into it..i am on deca 300 and sus 250...i have gained about 10 pounds already and i am feeling really good....does anyone have any advice about if should change my work out up after i am done..right now i am doin 8-10 reps for everything...should i drop the reps lower when i come off or should i leave it and should i change my work outs..thanx
