I'm planning to do my first cycle here in bali. it's all legal here so all good in the neighborhood.
i go for
1-8wk sustanon250 once a week
1-8wk deca 200mg once a week
plus nolva all the way and clomic after.
and last 2wk hcg 2500UI once a week
is it ok like this or am i f******

250mg sus/weekis a waste bro......need 750 really, but 500/2 shots week ok
200mg deca is also a waste....need 400 at 10+weeks
8 weeks not long enough
hcg not needed here
assym correct me if im wrong he should run the sust 1 week longer than deca....
hey bro.....actually sus and deca both clear in the same time(3 weeks).....it's a good idea to run test 2-3 weeks longer than deca just to aid in recoveryQuote:

I ran a sust/deca cycle at 500mg/400mg for 11 weeks. I had great gains. you should be happy.
My first cycle was 250 sust and 200 deca and I grew 24 lbs. Although you aren't benefiting from the prop in sust shooting it that way, you will still grow very nicely if you are lifting and eating right.

after all the hype about omna250/sust250 Im suprised you really want to do this as your first cycle. If I where smarter at first and didnt jump to conclusions, my firts cycle would have just been some Enan or prop. Just FYI
