    Cardio and Sauce

I have a two part question.
    1. If I am working out 5 mornings a week, can I do cardio 5 nights a week? I was under the impression running breaks down muscle.
    2. If I am working out 5 mornings a week, can I work the same muscle that night if I want to??
    d-bol 25/mg ed 4wks
    T-200 400mg/wk 8 wks
    EQ 400mg/wk 8 wks.

    thanks

if you do that you would more than likely be overtraining
I train 2-20 minute sessions a week of weights and 3-15 minute sessions of cardio.
Right now I am not on any thing
when I do start a cycle (hopefully next week-test and fina)
I will still train the same amount of time
and I will grow-if you are going to failure you really don't need to
train that much-the less time you train the more time you are resting/eating/growing

If you do that, then you will defenitelly overtrain.

Remember if you want to get bigger then you have to rest and let your muscule recuperate and let grow.

Just workout in the morning and then do some cycling for 30 min and you will be fine.

Dorian, is that you? HITT does work, so does working out 4-5 days a week, just depends how hard you train and which muscles you train. Muscles should be trained once a week ideally, no more than 2 times a week. . .for more stubborn muscle groups. Some train abs every day, well that may work for some, but I have never reccomended it. Abdominals are a muscle(actually a group of muscles), just as your chest is a muscle, let it/them rest, and it/they shall grow.
