It won't make much difference. It's too strong. I assume you're running EOD at 1.25mg?
You'll start to get effects earlier than 2 weeks, but to build up effective plasma levels will take 2 weeks.

Same theory as test E "kicking in", which it doesn't really do. You ramp up to an effective plasma level at which point the effects are most noticeable, but on your way to that plasma level the effects become increasingly more present. Some letro will be in your system and be doing its thing as soon as you start taking it....it'll take roughly 2 weeks before you have the plasma levels of letro that'll control aromatization to the degree you desire.
