Hey Bros,

What do you think of this? Any imput would be great.

My stats:
age 27
height 5'9"
weigth- 208
bf-12%
biceps 17 1/2" Quads 27" waist 35" chest 47" forearms 15"
bench-295x8
squat 225x15
Dl-405x1
previous cycle- one, 6 years ago, was young, did sust, d-bol, no PCT. Had no estro side effects.

next cycle-
wk-1-6 fina ed 75 mg ( I am starting tren week before Sust to make sure all goes well)
wk-1-5 igf ed bi lateral two shots one post w/o
wk 2-12 Sust 500mg every five days
wk 12-16 IGF 40mcg ed bi-lateral two shots, one post w/o
wk 14-17 Vitrex test booster/ estro blocker (may start estro blocker earlier if needed)

This Pct of otc stuf has been tried by many of my friends and all have had great results. Also my buds dad owns a supp. business and gets all the stuff cheap. If need be I can get clomid and nova, it will just cost more.

I will also be taking the following daily :
animal pak multi vitamin 2 paks
2tbls. flax oil
enzyte (to help delivery)
milkthistle and coq10
procerin OTC dht blocker for hair

Will w/o 4-5 times per week, 4000 cals, mostly protien.

its all good.... to maximize the effects of the sust it needs to be injected EOD due to the prop in it, not E5D. Also, OTC products for PCT are BS, why dont you run the standard clomid/nolva, it will probably be cheaper too

Also Id start the tren and sust at the same time, because the tren will kick in fast and you will want some test in you. What do you mean by "to make sure all goes well" about the tren?

Ok, I will was thinking about OTC products because I can get them basically for free from my buddy (his pop owns a Vitamin Shop) but i will take your advise and do the standard clomid/Nolva.

I will be starting the tren alone because it is home brew and even though i followed directions to the letter, I want to give it a week to make sure I have no bad reaction to it.

I really dont like it for a 2nd cycle. I would say to run a single long estered test, like cyp or enan for 12 or so weeks. I would run the IGF as a bridge between cycles. I dont like the idea of using otc supps for revcovery.
