I did a search on winny injections and im thinkin of doing this:
Left bi, right bi, left tri, right tri, left delt, right delt
does this sound ok? I will be shooting it EOD, so i figure each site will only be hit a few times, and keep scar tissue to a minimum. any comments/feedback appreciated :lift:
yeah u could do that...just switch injection sites all the time, and don't forget to hit the major muscle groups like the quads and glutes.
If you get sick of injecting you could always drink one here or there also. And that will cut down on the scar tissue your going to get from ed injects..
what MB said... wish you could drink prop. Def. hit up the bigger muscles I'd try big little, alternating sides of body...
right pec, left bi, right glute, left pec, left glute, right bi... also I'd do glutes, quads, shoulders, pecs in that order, then move to Bi's/tri's if you wanted. But whatever suits you best. Good luck.
Thanks for the advice. If I choose to do bis and tris, im assuming they will be sore for a few days. Is there a specific way i should go about working them out. FOr example, lift bi monday, then right bi. WHen would be an ideal time to work out biceps then?
I've only done Bi's once, and that **** killed for a bit, and I hear they're one of the worst muscle groups next to calves. I'd suggest NOT doing a muscle group the day before you plan to work it...
yeah winny injects in the bi hurt a bit but DON'T shoot prop in the bi if your using that in this cycle...Trust me you'll wished you hadn't!
I'd personally shoot the winny ED @ 50mg for best results.
I agree. There's a world of difference from ed to eod shots, and that goes for any fast acting injectable like fina,test prop, winny, susp, etc...Quote:
