Help with nolva please

I am on a cycle of test enanthate and deca, and I don't know if I should take my nolvadex 10 mg every day or not. I am going on my 4th week now. I haven't seen any side effects - maybe a little water retention. My question is should I use the nolvadex, because I've heard that you shouldn't mess with your estrogen levels by taking nolvadex unless there is a problem or side effects. Should I just keep it on hand in case something comes up? Or do I need it since I don't have any l-dex or arimidex? Here is my cycle below:

wk1-test eth400mg
wk2-test eth400mg
wk3-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk4-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk5-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk6-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk7-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk8-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk8-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk9-test eth400mg/deca400mg
wk10-test eth400mg
wk11-test prop 1cc 100mg/ml eod for 10 days
then 11th day in wk 12 start pct.

10 mgs ed won't effect your gains,but can help in estrogen related sides.

10mg ED and try to get some L-dex, it will def help with the bloat and keep the sodium intake down.

i take 10 mg daily ..no side effects from test yet...knock on wood

I know that it won't affect my gains,but i have read that you can get a rebound effect from the nolva.for instance if you have never taken nolva during your cycle , then you start taking it ,when you stop your estrogen levels will rise ,because it is use to the nolva. also how would i know if i'm estrogen sensitive if i just take a guess and start taking nolva from day 1. Shouldn't i experiment without it to see how sensetive i am? what i'm wondering is if the people that get bad side effects from test are the ones that always started taking nolva with it to begin with and screwed up their estrogen levels?

yo bro, i'm no expert, but taking nolvadex (as a precautionary) IMO is a lot better then fukcin up and growing some man tits! a friend of mine had a bad case of gyno and (and he used nolvadex only when he thought the symptoms started- not all the way through his cycle) and he grew man tits. 3200.00 surgery/one f***ed up summer, and lower self esteem then when he started. take the nolva throughout just my 2 cc's worth
