Lifelink Special T

My cousin is taking this and along with his workout program he started actually has gain 1 1/2" on his arms as well as other gains and a loss in the gut area. I'm wondering if anyone else has taken this Special T from Lifelink. I hear it's going to become illegal soon and I wonder if it would be worth trying it out and if it becomes illegal and I have to stop getting it, would the gains stay with my workout regimen? (hope that makes sense!)
