Another First Cycle Proposal??...any help appreciated!!
Stats:
25yo
6'
221 lbs
15% bf
Training for 5 years naturally.
Looking for quality lean mass gains. Will be cutting/leaning out towards end of this cycle.....
Weeks 1-15 Test E 500mgs
Weeks 1-14 Eq 400mgs
Weeks 9-17 Var 40mg day
Weeks 14-15, 18-19 clen
Weeks 16-17 Thermorexin
Clomid starting day after last dose of Var, which will be 2 weeks after last test/eq shot. (Day 1-300, 2to7-150, 8to14-100, 14to21-50),
Nolva and L-dex on hand.
Milk Thistle and NAC for liver, Taurine for clen cramps, Creatine and Glutamine as usual throughout.....
Using 4 day split:
Mon: Chest/Front Delts
Tues: Back/Side Delts/Rear Delts
Wed: off
Thurs: Quads/Hams/Calves
Fri: Bi's/Tri's/Traps/Forearms
Sat: off
Sun: off
Cardio done on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If needed, will add after that.
Any ideas, suggestions, tips, etc.....will be very usefaul and much appreciated.

Drop the EQ back to wk 14,then your pct will match up.

yea drop the eq back, but other than that i would say thats a nice cycle. uh this is 1st huh? i like the dosage.

Yes, first one. I figure go big or go home. If I went too light on the doseages, I would end up kicking my own ass.....so I think they are pretty reasonable.
The var was actually an add in, wasn't really planning it, but found some cheap so in it goes!! lol
I can always change it to just Test/Eq and save the var if I really feel like it, we will see.

Another thing, clen needs to be run 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. You wrote "Weeks 13-15, 17-19 clen", to me this says that you'll be on 3 weeks (13,14,15) off 1 (16) and back on for 3 more (17, 18, 19).
I'd run it:
weeks 13-14, 17-18

BTW, not trying to pick on you man. But different people train different ways. I have found something that works for me, whether you like it or not. I may not be able to do my cardio day on friday, but I will have no problem doing my smaller groups that day.

Kmannnnnnn: Bro, I'm sure you are a very knowledgable person when it comes to training and utilizing aas; however, I think it is fairly well recognized that different methods work for different people. I think everyone should be open to switching up their routine but if not then who cares let them do what they feel is best it is after all theri body. Also you could make suggestions in a more friendly, helpful manner and it would likely not upset anyone. Bottom line bro, if you're not gonna help out with some good advice or ideas then lay off, and Stan has asked you to leave the thread so that would be the respectable thing to do. little heavy for a 1st cycle, resembles the cycle im currently on. love the choice of var though (and the mg dosage)
