High Blood Pressure! What Should I Do?
Okay, I workout six times a week and I'm not on a high dose of Test-E and Deca . 500mg/300mg. But my blood pressure tonight was 156/91!!!
I wonder what's happening? Maybe because I skipped a workout this afternoon? Any tips would be appreciated!

Yeah, now I remembered... I was in the office all day today busy with some tech issues. That's why I didn't get to work out. I guess I forgot to drink water all day as well. Thanks for the reminder bro!

I thought mine was high, 140 / 77. Guess im ok
