Can't find Tuarine While on Clen--What to do? Any natural Taurine available?

I'm in an Asian country and can't get my hands on some Taurine. I am a complete idiot because I am starting my Clen cycle in a couple days...I knew I had to get Taurine but I had figured it would be easily available....I can't seem to find it here though...(A lesson to everyone to buy your crap way in advance, sigh.)

What to do? Are there any natural foods I can eat to increase my Taurine intake? (I read that Taurine is built in the body from other compounds and not directly from foods, so that would mean no , right?)

I'm not sure if you can get any, but all of the "Energy Drinks" I drink..ie Red Bull, Low Carb Monster, Diet Rock Star..etc etc, all have Taurine in them.
    Just a thought

    Don't do red Bull

A good dosage of Taurine for clen usage is
    3-5 grams per day

A 250 ml Red Bull can contains 250 mg of Taurine

Don't get me wrong bro I love Red Bull
But drinking 12 ones a day (without being at a party) just for Taurine supplementation is just to much!

that means 12 times 88 mg of Cafeine
and even worse: 12 times of about 30 grams of Carbohydrates

that is 360 grams of sugar --> 6120 KJ of energy

There goes the purpose of using Clen for Fat loss

12 cans of Red Bull is about 24 euros at my gym per day and 360 grams of sugar with 1 gram of cafeine every day calls for this scenario:

Girls stay out of your way since you're the fat guy who can't stand still and just is overly active, while broke and having absolutely no teeth left

The "Vitamin water" brand drinks have one that contains taurine. It tastes pretty good.
