First cycle I would run just the Test alone to see how your body reacts. I would run Test Enanthate 500mg/week...Weeks 1-12...Nolvadex on hand...PCT.

Bro.. drop the deca and just run a singe ester test like enth or cyp for you first cycle.. so you can see how you react on it.. then for your second you can add more..

BTW.. if you are going with the deca then enth or cyp are still the test you should go with.. susta works too.. but should be shoot atleast e3d or better eod..
