    D-bol At a Young Age

Hello Folks! I signed up here to ask a question for a friend - yes, seriously for a friend, as he asked me to do some research on D-bol for him.

Anyways, he's 18 and interested in trying something that causes more results then creatine or whatever.

I'm assuming he can't just take d-bol pills? From what I have been reading around it seems that you have to take many things to accompany a cycle? Lastly, d-bol is a milder steriod is it not? and are there any notable side effects?

I don't know, I'm not very educated in this field so if someone could break it down that would be great.

    Thanks guys.

First off, tell him he is too young. Second a d-bol only cycle will do nothing for him.

If he is really bent on doing a cycle a Test only cycle is recommended. d-bol will do nothing but bloat him and then he will lose all the weight after it is over.

I will say these 2 things. Dbol alone is a complete waste of time. As soon as he comes off he will lose most of what he has gained. And then second thing is he is way to young to be starting to play this game. I have typed this a thousand times but I don't mind doing it again. His natural test is flowing like crazy thoughout his body. Tell him to take advantage of this and stay away from ASS' Tell him to sign up at www.SolidMuscle.com this is a good site that is affilated with this one that is all about natural bodybuilding. He will be able to get things straight there and then off to some good growth.

If he is finding that he isn't growing there could be so many factors why. Tell him to post his diet, and training and current stats. Just adjusting these will send him into some serious growth naturally.

Thanks for the replies guys, I'll get his workout routine.

However I believe that he is considerably less dedicated then most people, he's not the serious, more so a - I want to be big the easy way - guy.

I'm 19, and am only in to natural workings, I have been gaining muscle mass relatively consistently, only my problem is losing the fat.

I was pretty much thinking the same thing you guys just told me, thanks, I'll let him know.

Oh, something for myself, would any of you guys recommend using ZMA?

I've heard that at late teen early twenty ages it shoots your natural test. level through the roof - and at that age it's already really high.

Any thoughts or experiences? Sorry for being off topic, this is the only forum I'm signed up for atm.

    Thanks again.!

AAS is not for the "considerably less dedicated". Tell him to train hard for 3 more years then start thinking about AAS.
