What do you think?
Im 6'0 20yrs 190lbs 4.5%bf this is what im thinking... 10 weeks- 300mg prop, 300mg EQ, 300mg winny per week
Im looking to gain lean muscle mass. How that sound? Did I do my hw?

If your BF really is that low, then there is no need whatsoever to be running that.
Enanthate , ran with 10-20mg of Nolva, and .5 ml 0f L-Dex, and you'll be fine.

If your 4.5%BF why are you worried about putting on only lean mass? A cycle will put you up about 10 pounds (actual gain) and I doubt you'd be adding alot of excess BF during one cycle anyways.

I highly doubt he is at 4.5% BF... how did you have it tested? that cycle needs some work

actually i am 4.5%bf.... skin fold calipers ive been training for 5 years now and some modeling thats why i have to stay lean year round. thanks for the input warrior and thanks for doubting me consistency thats what makes me work just a little bit harder!

i would still go with the test e,the nolva and dex will keep the bloat down,,,
test e 500mg/wk 1-13
eq 400mg/wk 1-12
pct.

Bro,
You are 4.5% body fat you say you want to get harder, well there is not much harder you can get if you are 4.5% at 195lbs and have been and are working out consistantly. Also it would be different if wanted to pack on some mass you have room for that. What i am saying is why do a cycle that you really do not need.
And last and most important you are only 20 give it a few years.
Any way good luck with whatever you decide.
