Delts are my favorite and easies to hit. You can aspirate and watch the injection better. I like quads but I get a cramp or charlie horse the next day. Although, I have learned to inject of to the side of the quad and this seemed to help.

You have to have a mirror to really be able to shoot glutes well.

Why not try bi's and pecs, I shoot as many spots as I can but not prop in the bi's.
Glutes I have my girl do those for me.

Two sites would be hard for an ED or EOD run...high and outside on the thigh seems to hurt less...I also love the lats...just spread your wings and hit that big muscle, doesn't hurt much at all.

Hell yea glutes are hard to hit if you got any amount of size to yourself. I stick to a steady rotation between delts and thighs mostly

i've never liked doing glutes...no fun at all.

why not prop on the bis.

hell monday will be week 4 of my listed cycle and I hit bi;s with both 1 cc of porp and.75 cc of tren .

delts hurt 5 times more than bis or tri's

but yes i hit left quads on mondays with my eq and test.

left delt with tren and prop. Then i go right delt

left bi, right bi, left glute, right glute, left tri with 1 cc and right tri with the .75 of tren for a total of 7 injects of the prop and tren.

Glutes are best hit like said above with help of the mirror. Whatever you do try and rotate even though we all have favorite sites.

I'm the opposite, delts are a piece of cake for me, 4cc of anything and no problems.
Prop kills my bi's, so I inject tren and Eq there. I even tried straight IGF-1 in the bi's mixed only with the BA as it was such a small amount and wooo whoo, never again.

Delts and glutes so far. Next cycle will be with prop though so I'll be getting used to a few more spots. The quads freak me out but I'll get to them eventually.
