Want to no what to expect from my first cycle

Hey there guys i am 5'8" 165 lbs i was wondering a couple of things first what i will be looking like after 10 shots of Deca-Durabolin. Im on a ten week cycle im taking in 2300 calories a day and 150 grams of protien. I bench 165, Squat 315, and dead lift 245. Im wondering what i can expect in power gains for those three lifts. Also i have a 37inch waist im wondering with consistant ab movments will there be any 6 pack. My arms are 15 inches wondering what they could look like also wondering if i will have a formed chest. Your cals aren't high enough.Don't expect your waist size to drop on Deca.And you should have Test in that cycle.

A Deca only cycle? Expect a limp dick. A Deca only cycle is not a good choice my friend. I hope you have plenty of PCT on hand...

need test! should of went with eq instead of deca (if worried about waist size),,

And its just my guess, but Deca-durabolin comes in 200mg vials, so I bet you have 10 of those and are taking one a week, which will really do nothing IMO. There should be test in there, your HPTA is going to shut down even pretty good even on a low dose of deca.

150 g of protein on sauce???? You should be taking in AT LEAST 165 when your straight! You need to double 150 if you expect ANY gains what so ever.

Lift for 3 years then try the juice. It sounds like you are just starting to lift, 5'8" @165 with a 37" waist, sounds like you don't lift at all.
