question regarding cutting up.....
OK so last night i was at the New Jersey body building state championships where i overheard this guy talking about what he does before his contest.
He had said all he eats for several weeks is chicken and egg whites....... and maybe every now and then he'd throw something in for variety. Does this sound like it should work? Maybe doing it for 4-6 weeks?
Im sure he also uses something to help out with the cutting.. but i didn't hear him tlaking about that :p
Oh and BTW - i had my picture taken with ronnie coleman last night :D Even tho im not his biggest fan - it was still pretty cool to be right there.
