Check to see who is online, and PM him or her.
you need to pm a mod homey. they dont go around looking for people with their hand raised... :rolleyes: you'll get better abd faster results this way. not flaming just trying to help. :afro:

back out to the main (click Anabolic Review top left) go to the bottom of the page and find a mod usually highlighted names. I think blue

yeah, man you have to pm them. A lot of the time they do not respond back either. Especially if you are newer member.
