i would go 10 first time or not. alot of ppl would say 250mg is not enough,even a waste, go with 500mg a week imo.
I agree that you should use 500mg a week @ 10 weeks even as your first cycle. Don't cheat yourself out of gains at the best time to shock your body if it is your first time.
250 is a waste and about meaningless at 8 weeks. I'd up it to 500mg to 10-12 weeks. Unless youre only interested in HRT. You wont even feel the affects of enanthate up to the 4-5th week sometimes even the 6th week for some users that respond poorly to the ester.
