my only question is should I take all 5 tabs at once in the morning or split the dosages in half. Take half in the am and half in the pm ?

I would first say that imo, 125mcg is a bit high, if you are going to do that much, make sure to get your thyroid checked. and keep track of it,
as for your question, you must split the dose up evenly though the day, every few hours..

Hell my wife takes 150mg and she is not very big LOL.. But I do agree with splitting the dosage up over the day.

I liked spliting the dose up, taken 60 mg in the morning and 60 mg in the afternoon

You can take T3 all at once. No need to split it up. It has a long half life and will not interfere with blood levels. T3 does not "kick in" rapidly either and will not effect you by a sudden all at once dosing.
What Billy wrote is dead on....I have read this in many posts from other places....I have done T-3(accually I'm ramping down now) and it doesnt hit you at once...Nice and smooth...

T3 has a half life of about 36 hours so no need to split up the doses...it doesn't hit you like taking your clen all at once! But if you decide to split them up it's no big deal! And 125mcg isn't very high at all depending on your body weight...I usually recommend 1mcg per lb of body weight and certainly no less than .5mcg...after all your body produces close to 75mcg a day of thyroid anyways. Just make sure you monitor your resting body temp, and do proper pct's...I would also suggest taking Coleus forskolii while cycling t3!
