I am going to take the tribestan ( tribulus ) all year round but am looking for the perfect mg to take. I have heard people take as much as 4g a day all year round and as little as 1g
What is the best to run. I will probably up it during pct times.

I take 9 caps of Tribex500 from BioTest. I'm too lazy to do the quick search as to how many mg's are in each cap but hopefully it can help you a little. If you are dying to know right away do a search because I know there are some good threads with info indicating the number of mg's most people consume during PCT.
It's true...alot of us like to run 4 grams ed....but I'm not positive that is written in stone...just seems to be the general consensus.
I take 6 x 625mg per day (2x3). I basically started because of DaBull's discussions of it. I mostly use it Post Cycle.
