    first delt injection

just injected a cc of cyp and eq into my delt for the first time......got a little blood when i asperated first, but moved the needle over a little and didnt get any the second time....its tricky asperating the needle was moving all over the place, i would know if i was still in a vein right? didnt get much blood when i pulled out, so i assumed things went well.......we will see how the pain is tomorrow, cause right now its a stinger...maybe some alcohol got in i dont know, but oh well....hopefully it all works out

Did you do 2cc's in one shoulder? If so, thats probably why you got the pain.

I usually have someone aspirate for me, because I haven't got it down very well one handed. After my second or third shot I never felt anything.

    You sound fine.

Delt injections are the easiest and are my choice for injections.

Quad injections suck! Glutes are hard to turn around for. Triceps are good to inject in too. I won't do calves or chest. I hit too many veins in the bicep so I don't do it...although it's easy to do.

I don't really have too many problems with my quads. They are a little stiff after injection but that goes away. My delts are also tight after injection. I always have my buddy shoot me everywhere but quads, last time I shot my own glute I had a lump in my a$$ that was the size of one whole cheek.

    Hey

Why don't you like quads? I think they are the easiest...a little sore sometimes but easy. As for delts, I have no problem doing my left delt (since I'm right-handed) but I'm a little shaky on the right one...
