    Winny Dosage

    Whats up guys. I gotta quick question for ya.

    A buddy of mine got 40 50mg winny tabs. He wants to do one of three things.

    1. Take one tab a day for 40 days
    2. Take half a tab a day for 40 days and then save the rest for the summer.
    3. Take a tab eod for 40 days and save the rest.

    What do you guys think would be best. He is trying to lean out a bit and improve some speed and strength. Any help would be great. Thanks.

    Diet and cardio will lean him out,not winny.But if he is going to take it,he needs to take 50 mgs ed or it won't be worth it.The half life is short on winny orals.I believe it's 17 hrs or something like that.
