Whats the best cutting stack?

hi, i did my first cycle when i was 20, with test en and finaplix . I gained a good 20 lbs not all muscle some fat(190). but the only thing i hated was my cheeks were like ****ing balloons, i know the puffyness is from the test. Now i am all most 21, its about 10 weeks that past from my first cycle, and i want to do a cut cycle, i want to stay away from any bloat. but i hear that even for cutting you still need a little test.. can any of you give me a cycle to look hard and ripped, but not puffy?
I was thinking of winny, eq, deca , clenbuterol , parabolan , oxandrolone.
would taking acne meds, and hair meds, have any negative effect on the juice.

fina and prop are my all time favorites for cutting.

wk 1-8 75mgs/day fina
wk 1-8 100mgs/day prop

you could certainly add clen and or t3 for cutting...but being your second cycle lets keep it simple!

Prop/Fina=Freakin' Peanut Butter and Jelly Baby!
Heck throw in Some Mast/Var/Halo in there all along the way too...those 20 week Cutters can really do a Summer good
