So how much time will i need to stay off of my cycle?

Alright guys here's the question.... How much time is really needed to let your body take a break after a cycle. I've been told i need to be off as long as i was on or to just stay off half as long as i was on. I need some opinions bro's

time off=time on is a general rule to allow your body to get back to being normal. However, the only true way to know is through blood work.

time off = time on generally speaking unless you use heavily when time off should sometimes be greater

I noticed that gains on subsequent cycles sucked if I didn't take enough time between cycles. Floyd had words of wisdom.

yah being off sucks its a mental thing, try not to be addicted to start and jump into your 2nd cycle, cause for your 2nd cycle u can learn from your mistakes from your 1st and you either add ,remove, adjust to your needs to get better results
    just my 2cents
