IMO...it makes no difference.A lot of bro like to shoot before workout.They feel it helps disperse the oil much better in the muscle tissue.But again,it's all a matter of oppinion.
doesn't matter unless your using susp...then it could have an effect on your strenght.
i like my juice first thing in the morning. best way to start the day.
but there is no scientific reasoning for this, just my preference.
I like it pre workout if... I hit quads or glutes. Helps with the soreness :cool:
i like to doit int he morning...... then take a nice warm shower... then go off to work or w/e i have to do. helps keep the soreness down for the next day
i usually tend to plug before a work out cuz im in a good mood after cuz i love it but i dont see why it would matter though
The time of day is not so much a factor as the time of week. In order to keep your blood correct you should stick to an injsection schedule. I do think it is good to inject before a workout, if for no other reason, but the placebo effect you will recieve.
my 2 cents
Just always make sure that you do the dance after you inject....if you dont already, then that might be why you are not maximizing your gains.
All body-builders know you are supposed to do a little jig after you inject....
prop or susp,near my workout,..anything else doesnt matter imo...
