    Great pump, but can't seem to keep it

    I am on my 7th week of my cycle, and I am beginning to notice incredible pumps in the gym, I used to get okay pumps and they would go away in about 15-20 minutes, now they are lasting about an hour. Is there anything to do or take to get them to last longer???

    that one good question...but i would have to assume that gear that greatly increases rbc count would be the best for this.

    "Plasma Expandor" i heard was good for this - when i took it i noticed the pumps lasted a little longer but i wasn't on it long enough to know how long they would last.

    just my 0.02 cents

    why would you want your pumps to last longer than an hour? just curious

    are you serious??? I have never heard of that before??? my EQ is giving insane pumps, but they go away tooooooo fast

    just to forwarn you - the plasma expandor tastes like sh*t - sposed to drink a glass of it b4 and after you workout i think.

    Idunno how it works for anyone else - i never knew anyone else who tried it - but i know it did make my pump last a little longer - no aas either

    arginine 2000-3000mg a day will help give good pumps,and if u carb load before a workout,...always helps me

    you guys might want to leave the plasma expanders to the pros.

    I generally don't get my full pump affect until after I am done working out. It is at that time in which I am looking to keep my swell. I have not experienced a pump good/bad enough to hinder my training.

    Simple dextrose replenishment over the course of 15 minutes after training (sipping on a drink high in dextrose) is supposed to prolong your pump.

    if you wana keep a pump look get bigger.... i would rather have more muscle than be worrying about having my arms pumped with blood.... i realy dont see why you want them to last unless your one of those small people do 100 pushups before they go to the beach and exspect to look big all day =) just playing bro
