This was my 5th shot, this Sunday will be 21 days into my cycle.
This is what I did:
1. cleaned table w/disinfectant
2. washed hands
3. laid gear out
4. pulled w/20 g pin, just more than I needed
5. changed to a 25 g pin
6. got the air out
7. inserted the dart into my delt and aspirated
8. injected the gear this past Monday night
9. everything went normal
Now my delt is slighty swollen and hurts, its a bit red as well and feels a bit hotter than my other delt.
Is this an infection? WTF?
Bro you just have an inflamation...I've had similar happen many times....just keep an eye on it and watch your temperature....it should start to clear up in a few more days.

i just got over the exact same thing same place same size pin same precautions... hurts like **** but itll go away, munch some vitamin c so the inflamation doesnt get infected
This Totally Happened To Me In My Quad. The Exact Same Symtoms. Took 4 Days To Go Away
standard procedure.....put a hot pad on the area.
heat pad and ice pad, repeat.
dizzle.....I guess we should spare him the puss stories huh!He might not sleep tonight.....lol.
I got the same thing in my quad right now, heat pad and ibuprofen works wonder on it. First day was painful but it subsides...
I didn't see any mention of cleaning the top of the vial before drawing..

I always do that as well. It is certainly worth doing and you should always clean the top of the vial.Quote:

THanks for the article, it was helpful. Still taking the propecia and will be for quite some time. The test blend is working well (besides the delt problems). Tomorrow will be the beggining of week 4 and I have gained 11lbs.
Just have to start adding the glutes and quads into the rotation and give my delts a rest for a few weeks.
No problem on the article. Congrats on the 11lbs. and don't stress the delt you'll survive bro, think nitzche, that which doesn't kill you will make you stronger, I think that applies to delts too? lol
Glutes were real bad for me, couldnt sit for days and never got used to it. Same stuff and amount in quads (upper outter thighs) and no inflamation or aches, pains, etc.Quote:
