I usually intake about 3500 calories daily (nearly 250g of protein).
I plan to increase that to around 5500 calories (is 2000 extra daily too much of an increase?) once I start my cycle (Test Cyp/EQ).
Now my question is...since it will take about 3 weeks before the test kicks in, should I wait until then before adjusting my diet? (I'm afraid consuming so much food without the test/eq kicking in yet might just translate into fat)
