need to lose fat around abs..... FAST
Alright... my body fat is around 8-10% I can see my abs but they aren't anywhere near where i'd like them to be.
On april 24th and 25th i have 3 modeling jobs to do - all of them are runway. 2 are for my agency and 1 is for a company who wanted me. Im assuming it's too late to get my abs to be showing hardcore - but is there anything i can do to get them to show up more before this time? I'm willing to do anything it takes..... I just want to make a real good impression on this company so in the future they'll hire me again. Everything else on my body (arms - chest - traps - lats - and legs) seem to be good. It's just the little fat i have around the abs.
I know HGH gets rid of fat like that but by the time i get that in.... i'll only have a week or so before i hafta go on the runway..... Is there anything else that would get rid of fat fairly fast with site injections into the belly? Or even a hardcore diet/workout routine that you know of?
I would have prepared earlier for this - but i wasn't expecting a job this fast..... and the agent called me last night tot ell me. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Is there a "scientific" name for T3? And also - if anyone knows a linkt hat explains what DNP is - please paste. I searched DNP and nothing seemed to explain what it was - sorry.

diet( ketosis diet)cardio(once before breakfast and one after workout) and 200mcg of t-3 for 7days and 5days off! same with clen . mallet cycle is sick. it will get it done.

Use some slin to get you into Keto in 18 hours, then do not consume any carbohydrate. Actually dont do this its dangerous.

30 min cardio every morning on empty stomach...and dont eat for 30 min after. Very low carbs and high protein to preserve what muscle you do have. I think Clen is a good idea too.

OK i just ordered some T3 - im hoping it'll be in soon...... - im going to take T3 and clen ..... and go on an all chicken/egg white diet and do cardio after i lift.
Sound good? and possiblt the Prep H a few days before just to see how well it works.... then if it's noticable - i'll doit before i leave to goto teh expo center

dont have much time maybe it the keto diet for those couple weeks, cardio, and diuretic get get rid of excess water...
