sore tricep...HELP

whats up bros, i injected my tris about a week ago with test cyp. I usually never have any problems with the tris but this time it is sore as hell. Also it is tight, i cant eve touch my shoulder bc it is so tight. Its hard to workout too, really hard. I am not sure if it was the inject or the tri workout i did the next day. What can i do to help this so i can start hittin the weights hard again?!?!?!?1 thanks bros

i cant ever touch my shoulder... and it feels fine.. just hot shower and stretch it out in the warm water..

well i can touch my shoulder with my right arm but not my left (the sore tri)...so heat it? no ice???

lol i also read in ur signature that u have 21 inch arms bro, no way you are touching your shoulder anytime soon. ;-)
